When you call Regional Plumbing and Wastewater, you're dealing with a local team that does the work itself. We don't hand jobs to subcontractors. Every plumbing and wastewater job is carried out by our own people.
Who we are
We've grown organically, starting in wastewater and expanding into plumbing. We've been part of the LEVEL 1 Group since 2016, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the building industry and 12 years as licensed plumbers.
The team
Our field team is made up of licensed plumbers and wastewater technicians, led by Scott Hancock and Matthew Corver. They're supported by five full-time administration staff and three full-time site staff, so there's always someone to answer the phone and keep your job on track.
The work we do
From burst pipes and blocked drains to commercial fit-outs and wastewater systems on rural blocks, our team handles it all. Our commercial work includes Tesla fit-outs, upgrades at the National Film and Sound Archive and leak detection at the Australian War Memorial, and we're on maintenance panels for the Department of Parliamentary Services, ANU and the ACT Government.
How we work
- 24/7, same-day service.
- No call-out fee, ever.
- Fixed, flat-rate pricing.
- A 100% workmanship guarantee.
We're Master Builders Association members and licensed in both the ACT (licence 2017544) and NSW (licence 352711C).
